FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We apologize if you experience this. Please email us immediately (support@laundrybasketquilts.com, call us at (805) 613-0013, or click our "Contact Us" tab) and we would be happy to ship you the correct product along with a return envelope and packing slip for you to send the incorrect items back to us.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied andhave a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.
Fabric Yardage, Unopened Fabric Kits, and Bundles that are returned will have a 15% restocking fee applied to them (Opened Fabric Kits cannot be returned)
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us, but cannot include initial shipping charges. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.

Once we have received the items at our facility, we will be able to process the return.
Please allow 5-7 business days to see this reflect on your card.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can call us at (805)613-0013 or email through the "Contact Us" tab. Please include your name and order number and we will cancel your order and process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. It may take 3-5 business days for the returned payment amount to appear in your bank.
